Who can use the platform?
The platform can be used by anyone aged 18 or over.
Rules for writing reviews
Taste & Rate is built on honest, authentic experiences. Every published review must meet the following conditions:
A review must be based on real experience
Write only about places, products or services you have personally visited or used. Invented or copied reviews are not allowed.
Content must be polite and constructive
Reviews containing insults, threats, hate speech, discrimination on any grounds or deliberate defamation of any person or business are not allowed.
Impersonation is forbidden
You may not write reviews on behalf of someone else, create fake profiles or review your own business.
Conflicts of interest and paid reviews are forbidden
Users who are employees or owners of, or have a business relationship with, the place being rated may not review it. Any paid or compensated review must be clearly labelled.
No promotion or advertising
Reviews are not a place for advertising, spam or promoting competing platforms. Such content will be removed without warning.
Intellectual property
By publishing a review, photo or other content on Taste & Rate, you give the platform a non-exclusive right to use that content to promote the platform and the places featured (on the site, social media and newsletter). Copyright remains yours.
Copying, publishing or using content from this platform without written permission is forbidden. To request permission, write to tasteandrate11@gmail.com.
Privacy
Taste & Rate respects its users’ privacy. Your personal data is collected only for the platform to work and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
Content moderation
Our team reserves the right to remove, without notice, any content that:

— contains inaccurate or misleading information,
— harms the reputation of the platform or third parties.
Users whose content is removed repeatedly may be permanently excluded from the platform.
Platform liability
Taste & Rate publishes users’ reviews and opinions in good faith. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of every published review and is not liable for any damage arising from information published by users.
All reviews by the Taste & Rate editorial team reflect an honest and impartial opinion, regardless of any business relationship with the place being rated.
Reporting a breach
If you notice a review or content that breaks these Terms, please report it to us. Every report is reviewed within 5 working days.

Changes to the terms
