Taste & Rate is the first platform in Bosnia and Herzegovina for reviews of tourism, food and local products. We help you find hotels, restaurants, cafés, places to stay, wineries and local products worth your time and money, through honest ratings and first-hand stories.

Yes, completely free. Searching, reading reviews and creating a user profile cost nothing. Paid packages are only for businesses that want to promote their places or products.

Find the place or product you want to rate on the platform and click “Write a review”. Your review must be based on your own real experience. All reviews are moderated within 48 hours. Please note: you need to give your email address when writing a review. It is used for only two purposes: sending a newsletter with our latest recommendations and offers, and checking a review’s accuracy if needed. Your address will never be published or shared with third parties. By submitting, you agree to these terms, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by writing to tasteandrate11@gmail.com.

We work hard to make sure every opinion is authentic. User reviews are moderated, and fake or spam reviews are removed. Our editorial reviews are always clearly labelled and reflect the team’s honest opinion, regardless of any business relationship with the place.

Yes. The basic (Starter) profile is completely free and stays free. It includes basic information, a photo gallery and user reviews. For more visibility, blog stories and social media promotion, Premium and Elite packages are available.

No. No amount of money can get an authentic user review deleted or changed. Taste & Rate treats its editorial independence as a core value. You can reply to any review through your business profile.

Premium partners get a featured label and priority in search, a gallery of up to 30 photos and a video, 4 blog posts a year, sharing on our social media, a monthly report on profile visits and the “Recommended by Taste & Rate” badge. More details on the For businesses page.

Our team visits and rates the place in person or tests the product. The review is published on the blog and on the business profile. Editorial reviews are clearly labelled and always reflect an honest opinion, regardless of any business relationship.

You cannot remove authentic user reviews, but you can reply to them through your profile. For editorial content we publish (blog stories, photo galleries), we always talk to you before publishing and ask for your materials and approval.
